We provide a simple request form that we call a Preliminary Analysis, which describes exactly what we require to perform your analysis. The review will address a variety of factors such as Evaluation/Management (E/M) coding, CPT omissions, and other medical documentation issues.

Your Pre-Lim Analysis results are presented in an accessible format allowing easy implementation of suggested changes. This includes:
