Once you have engaged our services, we will present a Comprehensive Revenue System Review along with a Client Specific Results-Oriented Action Plan and Timeline. This may include:
In addition, we will perform ongoing Reviews/Analysis of Documentation/Coding/Reimbursement procedures during the course of our multi-year relationship.
You will receive quarterly, written reports of our services in the form of our BDA Summary of Services. All BDA clients also receive ongoing support via Medical Documentation Alerts, BDA Bulletins, and specific questions answered through the Coding Connection.
BDA provides ongoing education services to its clients including staff training, physician coaching, and coding support.
BDA provides its clients with a detailed summary that identifies key coding issues such as invalid, deleted or revised codes and descriptive changes. A customized Action Plan is developed and implemented over the life of the engagement.
