We execute a revenue capture plan custom-designed for your identified initiatives.

Once you have engaged our services, we will present a Comprehensive Revenue System Review along with a Client Specific Results-Oriented Action Plan and Timeline. This may include Documentation Assistance, Development/Provision of Forms and Templates, Annual Chargemaster and Fee Ticket Recommendations, and an Assessment of Current Reimbursement Issues through EOB and CMS 1500 Review. In addition, we will perform ongoing Reviews/Analysis of Documentation/Coding/Reimbursement procedures during the course of our multi-year relationship.

Quarterly Reports

You will receive quarterly, written reports of our services in the form of our BDA Summary of Services. All BDA clients also receive ongoing support via Medical Documentation Alerts, BDA Bulletins, and specific questions answered through the Coding Connection.
