The information that you provided for the revised 2011 ICD-9 Updates provided a wealth of information. However, I do believe in reference to codes which are invalid for 2010 V85.4 is no longer valid for the body mass index. V85.4 was the Dx for BMI over 40 now they have codes that define the BMI up to a BMI of 70 and over.
