Terri Scales, CPC, CCS-P

Terri Scales has over 14 years of health care experience with an emphasis on clinic management, coding and insurance billing, and State Specific Workers’ Compensation Regulation and Compliance. She is an experienced individual with a positive, results-oriented approach to documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement. Additionally, Terri has a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington.

She is currently serving as President of the Central Indiana Local Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). In addition to working closely with BDA clients as a Regional Director, Terri also enjoys her role as National Director of Business Development.
